The external facade of Hotel Academie, located in the heart of Bruges, looks pretty different since it was renovated thoroughly. The Rockpanel Stones Mineral Chalk facade panels give the hotel a beautiful light and modern look. Previously, the owners experienced that their hotel, like many older buildings, became very hot in the summer. With the insulation of the outer wall, covered with facade cladding, this problem is a thing of the past.
The Betty-Greif-school in Germany needed to be entirely renovated and extended by 450 m². The durable and easy to maintain Rockpanel facade boards met all requirements. This means that all parts of the outer wall construction for buildings of 18 meters and higher must meet or exceed Euroclass A2-s1, d0. In Haarlem (the Netherlands), four gallery flats have undergone a major renovation. The new front facades are the most eye-catching feature of the renovated buildings.
